I'm trying to replace these for a window that I have. There are supposed to be two, but there was only one on the right hand side. I'm trying to fix a window that has been broken for a few years now. Upon inspection, one of the balances has a messed pulley so they'll both need to be replaced. Hi, I need to identify and order a channel balance for a non-tilt window. It is 27-inches long and 1/2-inch wide. It has these numbers stamped on it: 2630 B.S.I. M3 I've attached photos as well. Thanks!! Chris

My window was never installed completely (see photos). I can not get the window to install using the 2 channels in the photos. Installed the window without the channels at present. Good morning, I have Milgard aluminum single hung windows. The white plastic clips on each side of the top of the operational windows are broke. if I could get six of these hardware parts please. in addition, I need six of the metal take out clips. Thank you for your assistance.

I am looking for replacement channel balances for some Alenco windows. Value stamped on balance is 2790. Looking on your options section, the value only goes to 2770. Would you be able to recommend a replacement? I need 4 of the balances, 4 top sash guides, P/N 18-174, and 4 take out clips. ... (cont.)

12-2 marking, window is 9 pounds. Shoe doesn't seem wide enough because 1 side will fall out and balance will raise without window. Catches on window are a bit worn too.

The sash weights 16.4 lbs. Lenght of balance is 24 inches(not including brackets on each end) Can you make sure I order the correct parts. Need 2, 1 for each side. I also need one pair of window stops, measured 3in long, 1.25in wide, white.
