Do you have this kinda patio door handle?

The "thumb lever" (not sure what to call it" had broken. Could you let me know by the looks of the pictures to see if you carry this part and in the proper size.

Our lock broke off and wondering if you just sell the lever to replace? Seems like it would be an easy fix to open the handle and replace. Please see photos. Thank you!

As above. When handle installed on door, the oblong extension on locking lever will not reach slot in mortise mechanism to turn it. Is replacement level with oblong jam fitted piece available?

I have this door handle No. 3596954, and it appears that I need the 82-218 mortise lock; however, my unit has s slot for but is missing the lever that manipulates the lock from the inside. Do you have this item as well, or am I short on luck? Thanks.

Hi, I went to open my patio door and the knob snapped. Surprising as it is not a sunny area. I am hoping to replace only the knob and not the entire mechanism, however I am not sure what the part number is. Could you help out? Thank you. -George

Requesting a replacement latch or thumb lever. This part is missing from my handle set. I believe, that the handle set is; imperial us, Cambridge model, brushed nickel. Please advise if you have a replacement available. Thank you!!

The distance between the mounting screws is 11". I operated the one deformed actuator and both arms extended as show in picture 368. There is one lever that operates both evidently. I would like to get a new unit if that is possible.

Locking mechanism for a sliding glass door. The part I find on line is number 82-240, but the tip is too long. The piece I need is about 3/4 inch.
