Hello - see photos for sliding door lock. It is very difficult to lock it all the way as I need to apply does of downward pressure on the lock lever to lock it closed. Need help identifying which handle this is and videos how to adjust it on my own.

Hi, Im trying to source replacements for the attached latches. Made by Fleetwood in the mid 80s. It's not clear to me if the issue is with the latches or the internal locking mechanism. So assume best to replace both if possible. Thanks

When I tried to replace my broken mortise lock, it fell into my sliding door. And now I don't know what kind of mortise lock to replace it with. I bought one that has the right length, but doesn't fit into the opening. Please help! Thanks.

Believe the small bath widow is 18" (the moving pane)high and @ 21.5" wide and built by EPI. Need balancer for left side (see pics) The slider was also built by EPI.
