Our sliding door handle broke off. This is a picture of the inside handle and thumb latch. The handle is 3 5/16. Door thickness is 1.5 inches. I've purchased 2 different handles but neither did the trick. We also need a new mortise lock. The exterior handle needs to have a lock on it. Looking for an ... (cont.)

The mortise lock is broken. Can I just replace the lock or do I need to replace the handle and lock? Thanks

When I bought the home they did not provide me with a key. Is there a way to secure a replacement key?

Have bought and returned 3 door handle sets. These pictures are after I removed parts and threw some out foolishly. What I need is the handle 4-15/16 with slide lock, and the mortise lock. I've never had a key for this sliding door. I don't see any identifying markings at all. Can you give me some options for new lock sets, possibly electric also. Thanks!

Hi, We have I believe an SGD-c30 96x96 sliding glass door, however there was no manufacture sticker on it so hopefully that is your brand. The lock does not work anymore so is there a company here in Denver we could purchase from or from you? Please advise. Thanks Bill

Need a mortise latch for this patio door.

The lock will not "wiggle" out and lock. locking hook stays inside the door.

Patio door has handle but the other side of door is missing the insert that the handle goes into to lock patio. What's this part called and can you order this part?

The lock/unlock knob broke off our sliding glass door. There is a small metal piece that came out as well.
