I could not find ant markings on door/hardware

I hope these photos are good enough. The latch is free standing. No tension to lock or unlock the sliding glass door.

I do not know the name of this lock. Sticker on the door says NFRC 100/200 Code: ALS Rating: SGD-LC25 Series: 170 MST: 80610 What kind of replacement lock can I get to make this sliding door lock?

Looking for a replacement with a keyed lock.

The pictured hook latch on a Silver Line sliding patio door, V1, is defective. It only works sporadically, at times the hook retracts into the housing preventing the door from closing or locking. I have an older house with a patio door that has screws set about 4 15/16 apart and what appears to be a non-keyed Mortise lock with a 45 degree lever. Photos of the disassembled set attached. The lever has bent and the door will not latch. Is the 82-080 the appropriate replacement? ... (cont.)

I'm seeking for a replacement for a patio door handle.The space between the middle of the top & bottom screws is 5 ? and the midpoint of the screws that seem to connect with the in the latch parts is 2 ¾.Looks like the locking mechanism length is 3 1/6
