I have a sliding patio door. Unfortunately it's locking mechanism broke down and when I attempted to remove it it just fell inside the door.The new lock system doesn't fit. Who do you recommend me contacting?

My patio door won't lock. It's very stiff when you try to throw the latch. I've taken it apart. I have a keyed handle set. I've tried using a screwdriver to move the lock up and down and it will come out but only with force. Do I only need a new mortise? Does it look like 82-218? Does my handle set ... (cont.)

I am trying to identify if one of your mortise locks will work for my MI Windows & Doors Sliding Glass Door. I have attached photos. I know it needs a 45 degree latch and I bought a supposed universal one that would not work as the pin on the lever was just a little too thick.

The lock isn't locking any longer. The hock isn't coming out to latch. One of the photos is a picture of the stamp on the glass

Hi, I found no markings, manufacturer's part number or logo. Over all length is 4". It's 1/2" thick and 1 1/8" deep'

My mortise lock is broken, and looks like the 82-259 is the one I need. how do I remove and replace it? Is there a quide showing how do this?
