Bolt holes from center to center is 3&11/16". the Fronts face is round and measures 3&3/16". Width of body is 1/2". 45 degree lever hole. There is a V on side of mortise lock. Turing lever is 3/4" long.

I found a Logo "KK" with a tree between the K. This logo is on the interior door handle. My door handles do not have key lock, only a tuning latch on the interior. The door handle was broken but then the locking mechanism broke. A friend who dissembled the handle didn't grip the lock and it fell into the frame. I COULD NOT FIND ANY DOOR MFR INFO. THE PICS INDICATE THE LOCK ASSY STYLE REQUIRED. THE LATCH HOOK SOMETIMES COMES OUT AND AT TIMES DOES NOT. The latch on the slider wouldn't stay locked so tried to remove but it fell to the inside bottom of the frame. I need a replacement w/ instillation instruction.
