I'm trying to locate a replacement handle and lock. The handle mounting screws are 3-15/16" apart, door is 1-1/16 " Thick. The lock that goes into the door is 4-7/8" for screws to go in to the edge. Any help would be appreciated, thanks John

Ok part number 82-263 looks exactly the same as in my pictures so I assume it will work? Will part number 82-020 Work with that mortise lock also? Also I want 82-306 to make it lock. Will all this work together and do you have a kit for all this? Thanks Alan

I replaced the roller assemblies and the door works great. I would like to replace the handle to include a key lock. The original is surface mounted on a 1" thick frame with screws 4-15/16" center to center. There is a hole centered between the screw holes that is not used. I like your keyed mortise ... (cont.)

Trying to find the correct door handle and lock for this sliding glass patio door. I do not have pictures of the previous door handle. This is a rental house and the tenants trashed it. I have attached a picture of the only information I can find on the door SGD-R20-73x80

Hi, I have installed this unit. However, the key can only be removed in one orientation (straight up). To lock the door, you have to rotate the key clockwise to move the mechanism. The latch will then connect and the door is locked but I can't remove the key. So then I have to rotate the key counter ... (cont.)

Hi- I've talked to several companies and no one has helped me so I figured I will try yours. I'm looking to get a key lock for this set up, preferably a keypad lock.
