the screws don't fit in properly in my handle as the part which keeps the screw tight is broken, I have attached the image. please advice me with a proper handle. Image attached for your reference.

ustHere are the files that I want to share with you. The screws tore out the inserts in the outside handle when we tried to open a stuck door. The assembly is marked DNS IND. It was installed on a Better-Bilt door. Can you supply a replacement?
