The door has 2 hooks (sorry don't know what they're really called) that come out to latch the door when you lock it. Looking for this part... this is from a truth hardware double mortise lock, and the piece that connects the locking knob to the tumbler sheared off. Any ideas are welcome, thanks!

Two problems: Previous owner did not leave keys to this door. I need to replace the lock with a new one with keys. The brass mortise hook is broken. It's wiggly and does not catch the receiver plate.

I don't have any keys for the existing lock and would like to replace the cylinder.
