I ordered two each and received, S150-8 and 15-143, 15-140, 15-144, and 15d-145. I think the spring is for a 10 pound window. the order was a year ago and I do not remember details.

Need replacement for both left and right coil spring balancers. 2 coil springs per side. Stamped on coils is a #5 (left coil) and #4 (right coil - snapped off). No other identifiers on any part.
