Need help from bring his part

One shows just the bent coil, another shows all of the parts used, and the third shows the other side, installed. I have the lighter spring on the top, so behind the heavier spring, if that makes any difference. Let me know what is going on, I have installed many of these and more are needed. Mo ... (cont.)

Weight of bottom sash is approx. 25 lbs and the coil looks to have a marking of 35 on it.

There are no markings on my two balances except for a number 5 stamped on the spring coil. The balances seem to be functioning fine but they won't hold the window sash up, the sash always drifts back down slowly. I don't know what brand the window is.

The only marking I can find is the number 9 stamped on the two coil springs. Thankyou

I need to know what parts to order. I need the lower window seal, and also some of the t post and slides as the do not move easily. Thank you for any help

My balance system broke on both sides of the window. I need to replace both Left and Right but do not know what to order.I also need the metal piece that connects the window to the balance.

I need two of these All I have are broken pieces On the side is a partial part#801020 and the coil end has a rectangle hole and looks like the end on the 165 egress coil on your website - it has the #6.5 and 35" marked on the coil and then a number that ends in 3208 that has a little flag above i ... Not sure which series to order as replacement and don't know where to find "3" on your site.

Which cioils and holders would you recommend for these pics?

I have simonton double hung windows. Two of them flopped out and now are very hard to raise or lower. I think the springs are ok #6.5 35" pat 5232208, but I am guessing I need to replace most of the nylon/plastic. Please advise what you think needs to be replaced and provide the nylon/plastic part ... (cont.)

You don't list a S160p but you sent one when i ordered 4 s160, 2 for each side. If you need the P to attach more than one why did you send just 1 s160-p? Can I attach the two s160's on one side?
