I have a double coil window balance that is needing replacement. Each coil has seven on it so I assume that means 14 lb on each side. I am looking to get a match to this part. What coil balances do I need to replace for 23 lb double sash window . I think they all 4 not working properly and two of them are broken. Spring is 1/2 inch wide. Thank you.

Simonton windows, looking for the correct balancers to replace these. Windows very difficult to raise, or won't stay up. Right side looks different than left side.

Hi Swisco Team - I have a coil balance, single sash window. The coil is disconnected/broken on one side and the shoe is broken on the other. I *think* I've narrowed down the spring to a Series 160, 6.5lbs, and a 17/32" 15-199 shoe. I'm lost on the top plastic block part.

Looking to replace for a single hung window - MI Windows, 4300 Series. Looks to be a Quicktilt 12 pound tandem (two coil). Not sure if I can replace just the springs or the shoe/slider, whatever is easier. The coils snapped and the shoe/slider seems okay.

I need to replace faulty mechanism in two windows. I took pictures of the parts and the type of window. window dimensions are width 33" x height 51.75". Can anyone help identify the parts I will need to repalce the entire coil balance mechanism?

The coils are stamped 9, then 7, then 4 reading from the upper coil down to the bottom bent one. Somehow they just broke in the runner.
