Need to know what type it is

It says Omega6.5 lb 35"

1. Window sticker 2-3. Broken coil and pivot arm inside track 4. Parts removed 5. functional side window coil says 6.5 pounds 40 inches. White part is shattered but holds the coil and I cannot read the part number. Need also the pivot arm and the mangled shoe thing.

Graboyes Encore Double Hung window (manufactured 4/2/2010). Right-side constant-force coil balance has become disconnected from the pivot shoe. Coil is marked approximately 6.5. Looking for the correct replacement coil and coil support. thanks so much!

The window has no identifiable markings for manufacturer or otherwise. They said some handyman installed and never said where it came from. I am in need of two new systems. It appears as if it's a 6 lb spring with factory stamping 933. Any and all help would be appreciated for this need. John ... (cont.)

I have a double coil window balance that is needing replacement. Each coil has seven on it so I assume that means 14 lb on each side. I am looking to get a match to this part. Simonton windows, looking for the correct balancers to replace these. Windows very difficult to raise, or won't stay up. Right side looks different than left side.

Hi Swisco Team - I have a coil balance, single sash window. The coil is disconnected/broken on one side and the shoe is broken on the other. I *think* I've narrowed down the spring to a Series 160, 6.5lbs, and a 17/32" 15-199 shoe. I'm lost on the top plastic block part.
