I am looking for balances for my windows. They are out of warranty and Simonton gave me your company name. The number stamped on the spring is 6.5 33 200994 The spring is 1/2" wide.Please let me know if you can ID my part and if it is available.Bst Regards Scott

We are using window at an ice cream shop. So it goes up and down a lot. It broke . Bought window at Lowe's. I can't find on it anywhere the manufacturers name. Lowe's was no help. Can you help please.

The coil spring broke in two pieces on the left side. I'd like to replace both sides at this point, as both sides show wear. I have 3 different size windows, no stamp is on the coils. They are all vinyl Double hung Tilt windows 46 x 47 36 x 53 24 x 36

My balance support is a double, 2 coils. It all fell out as I took it out so I do not know how the two coils were attached to the pivot which was broken. Can you describe how the assembly looks, orientation of springs in balance support and connection to pivot. My coils appear to be T160 a 4 and a 6 ... (cont.)

Hello, I'm in need of both spring balances for a small bathroom Simonton window. Above the Patent # of 5,232,208 on one coil are the markings "6.5 36". It is 1/2" wide and printed on it is 6.5 ( I imagine that means lbs) and 33"I see you have a similar balance the 165 egress that is 3/8 wide. Would these work? The company that installed my BF Rich windows is no longer in business and neither is BF Rich from what I understand. I need to fix my bathroom window. Springs on both sides have broken. I have determined it to be a 160 series, but I'm not sure if it has a 6 or 9 stamped on it to chose the correct one

I just wanted to double check before ordering. The photos below are from a BF Rich Cabernet double hung. (the unbroken side). Looks like 6.5#/35" The S160/165 have the same T end. The other parts appear fine.

The pics are from a Simonton Dimension I single hung vinyl window. The metal coil is one-half inch wide and the white plastic piece above is one and a sixteenth wide, which is the main body and not the "ears". I need the parts for 4 windows.

This is a window daughters house, the window fell out and we need to replace the side springs and 1 bottom bar that attaches to the window frame. Also, if only 1 side of the glass broke, then can we get that repaired, new glass on 1 side?
