18-013 Aluminum Top Sash Guide, Capitol Insulated

Window isn't catching the balance in the right level, I think I need to replace one of the top guide. This window is using 30" Series 380 Channel Balance 2930. Can you tell me which one I need?

Please find attached photos of my broken widow hardware. I've also included a picture from the opposite side showing the same piece of intact hardware. I have a sliding window that uses your springs. The top of the window has a metal tab that hold the spring in the track so the tensioner can work. However, on one of my window the tab broke. I need to replace just the tab. Do you sell these too?

These parts are aluminum, not sure of the weight of the windows but they are pretty heavy. Need four pieces asap

I have a 2830 block and tackle window balance that is broken. Photo Window 1 is opposite side of damaged balance. It is the correct configuration.
