Hi, I need help to identify the exact replacement for the window balancer. it's 1/2 inch channel and stamped 25-5.

The balance is 26"×1/2"... One stamped marking per attached pic.

Please let me identify which channel balance is needed to repair our windows. There is no metal-stamped markings, but printed on the channel is: 25 5 LV CMC 2. Thank you.

Hi, I recently brought the 26" 380 series channel balance 2530 stamp. When i compared both balance the original(light grey) balance shoe is slightly long with a point and the 380 (darker grey) shoe is slightly shorter with no point. My 26" (metal only length) balance rod has the following stamp: 25 3 DS CALDWELL It's from a small size single hung window so I'm guessing the 3 would indicate the weight stamp?

I know the channel balance that I need and I weighed the sash because there are no numbers on the channel balance besides the parts number. My sash is 22 lbs. Do I buy two 2540 which are for 19-25 lbs or do I split the sash weight between the two channel balances and buy two 2520 which are for 9 to ... (cont.)

Thanks for your time in evaluating the attached images. The appears to be a Caldwell Manufacturing Company (CMC) product from a home built in 2000. I measure the length to be 26 3/4in. Stamped on old balance is 26 2. what do I use for replacement?

Number stamped on white part is 25 B and then Fiberlux. Also is there a diagram that shows how to reassemble. The parts were loose in window and I don't want to remove other windows for fear something will break. Thank you.
