18-042 Top Sash Guide Pair, Pan Am

The window does not operate satisfactorily due to left side balancebottom shoe broken off. Measured length to be 31". Width 9/16". Stamped in balance "3010". See attached photos how do I order a pair of replacement balances?

i need 6 of these stamped with 1820P and the metal part is 18.5 inches could not find ends on the PDF file on the web shawn

Looking to order replacement balances for non-tile aluminum windows. Have removed balances from one window and included photos of top and bottom clips (Front and Rear views). Balances are 1/2" wide and 24" long, stamped 2320. Please advise part numbers to order. Thanks, Stu

Please help me identify a 12-5/8" x 1/2" no-tilt balance stamped with 12-10. It appears to have a 19-005 top and a 15-004 bottom.

My window balancers have the following code on it: k 23-1 Do you carry these? I need a pair I attached several photos of the two balancers that have a (k 23-1) stamped on each. The overall length of each balancer from tip to tip is 24 3/4"

I need to get a replacement balance. It is off a Keller window (see pictures). I think it might be a S377. I also need the plastic part that is screwed to the window which the top of the balance stops on.

I live in community of more than 200 hundred houses with windows still using this kind of chase balancer that may need to replace soon. The number in the balancer is 17 - 1 and 17 - 1 W. I received 2 new balances however I didn't notice that the clip at top of window on one side is broken off. Having trouble putting window back. I hope that is the problem. I believe this part is known as a Sash Cam. It screws into the top of the window sash and holds the top of the balancer in place. Several of these are broken in my 20yo home and I can't seem to find these pieces anywhere. I've attached images to help with dimensions and placement. ... (cont.)

I need several of the pieces attached to the window frame that holds the channel balance down next to sash. I think first pic is of sash without that piece and next pic is one with the piece.
