ANSI/AAMA 101-88 Window Won't Stay open
I have an ANSI/AAMA 101-88 Window that does not stay open. My Contractor says I need the things that hold up the window replaced. Please let me know if you have them, how much and eta. Thank you, Brett

1.Windows are approximately 48x31- writings on balance says 2950 2. Windows are 34x30- writings on balance says 2930 Please include parts needed and cost for 4 windows of each size

Looking for channel guides
HI - I need to replace channel guides for two of my single-hung, non-tilt windows. Number stamped on part seems to be 1210P. It is 12.5 inches long (not 12 or 13). Guide width seems to be narrower (1/2 inch) in front, and a little wider in back (5/8)..not sure if that is the original width or if it ... (cont.)

Plastic that is screwed at the top of the moving pane that holds the spring down
Need to order the 2 white plastic that is attached with a screw at the top corner of the moving glass pane that maintains the spring in position.

a window part use to hold down the channel balance
Part is broken just wonder if you have this part since it is not included with the channel balance. It is part of the window.

1980 home windows repair
