I see you have a Pan American window that uses top sash guides like our 18-042. Take a look and see if these are what you have been looking for.

Looking for these stoppers i put in new balance rods can not find the plastic parts

Please advise which balance you recommend based on these pictures. The length is 30 inches and I?m thinking it is the series 377 channel balance however I am not sure which option to select. The only markings I can find show c 29-1. Thank you.

My balance is stamped (q 23 4 ) it looks like your 385 model being 5/8? but has 7/8? wings on both ends and a 1? shoe on the bottom. Your 385 is showing 15/16? wings and 1 3/32 shoe. I just had a man come to install the balances and he said the tops of all the windows have a broken part that will not hold the balance/window in.
