I bought the new channels from you according to the directions per you tube video and measurements. The channels fit great. The top if the windows have a plastic piece that is broken on one side. Hi Guys! I thought I had this figured out and ordered the 18-188 But the dims are SLIGHTLY off and there is a small lip on this piece of the top box that isn't on the 18-888. Do you have something closer to this? Let me know. Thank You! :)

Hello My balancer spring on my Milgard window broke. I have attached pictures. It also broke the attachment on the window that presses against the spring. sash guide has no number but drawing shows the dimensions. My window sash weighs 29.6 lbs, but the sash 1850 only goes up to 20 lbs, which one should I buy? Also the metal guide is 19.6 inches (50cm), should I buy the 19inch option. Hello, First photo is the Channel Balance for Non tilt Milgard Windows. Second photo is the plastic "hook" attached to the window.

All the windows in my house are broken and do not stay up. The window sash rods appear to be intact. But it looks like these plastic clips that screw on to the windows are broken on both sides. can't find winged shoe as depicted in 1 and 2. On Top Shash guide I'm looking at 18-064 all measurements very close, but no sharp tooth on front. 18-009 not as good on screw holes, but has tooth. On what I call window spacer, can you give me a part number?

Can you ID these plastic parts?? I believe they are on the end of a 1/2" rail, but I will double check when get back to the house.

Hi, The 29? long channel balances were stamped with 2820 or 2830. The 25? had 2420 and I guessed that the same height window with six panes that was missing its balances was 2430. The sash guide I ordered matched the dimensions and screw holes of mine. The 18-064 is smaller than mine. Thanks! ... (cont.)
