18-064 5/8" Top Sash Guide

Jordan windows installed in 1986. The metal channel r both 29" long.The springs look identical but set at a different hole location. The channel 9/16" wide. Need 4 complete tracks for the 2840 & 4 for the 2820 with 8 caps that to push channel down. Thank u.

Have Jordan Windows, Series M21, 386G. The Balance Number is 2840, the top is similar to a 19-002, but I don't have any bottom shoe to compare to. Also need a similar top sash guide, i can send dimensions if needed. Please let me know what other information you need.

I have 2 windows in need of balances. 34 inch length, 1/2 width. Also need clip to mount to windows. What,concerns me is there are two,different style top clips and these are all Jordan windows. Can you help?

I purchased the sash guides 18-115, 18-064, 18-009 and 18-036 in hopes that one of them would be the correct one that I need. They were not. I have attached photos and a sketch of the one that I need. Can you assist in helping select the correct sash guide. Thank you very much.

Looks like I have a broken Jordan window balance and what I believe what you call an end cap on the same non-tilt window. Need to ID correct replacement parts that need to be ordered. Hello The metal part of my channel balance is 28 and 3/4" - would I need the 29"? The markings are "28 3" and the shoe is 1 and 1/8". I was looking at the 29" Series 390 Channel Balance 2830. The on I have is 7/16 across the top wide, The main body is 11/16 wide From the underside of the top of the body to the centerline of the hole is 3/4 The sideview depth is 7/16 notice the notch right under the top. The top sash guards have dried up from the sum and broke allowing the balance to go northward. Looks like the top sash guard is your part 8-064. Width at base is 5/8 in. need help with balance.
