I need to order some replacement balance rods, but I wanted to make sure that I'm ordering the correct part. These are for a Linford window. The rod is 27" and is stamped with a #2640.

Hi, my stamp says W2640, while I think I have narrowed down the series to two possibilities, I am not confident as to whether it is series 390 or 351. Are you able to help based on the picture? Thanks,

can i get just the ends or do i have to buy whole mechanism? if i can get just the piece, it appears to be riveted in, does the new piece just snap in or does it have to be riveted?

The bottom piece is 1 1/8" wide. This is the top part I do not see on your website, specifically I don't think it has tabs but it does have a halfmoon shape when looking at it from the top end. There seems to be part of it broken off opposite the half moon shape but the sides seem smooth like no tab ... (cont.)

Can you let me know which is the correct channel balance replacement to order for the one I have attached photos? It looks like the width is 5/8" and length is 29". The only markings I see are: B.S.I. 2840.

My existing channel balancers are for a single hung, non-pivoting window with a sash weight of 47 lbs. They are marked 27 14L. Top attachment - 19-002 Bottom shoe 15-001 Length 28" Width 1/2" Your web site table for this balancer only goes up to 39lbs. Can you make a replacement? ... (cont.)

Hi. I have to replace broken and missing Channel Balances, so I'm looking for the appropriate shoes. The shoes I have are attached without a rivet, but I'm open to using shoes with rivets as long as they fit and they work. I uploaded photos of one of the existing shoes.
