Hi, I just wanted to make sure I got the right piece. I just need to replace the top piece (top guide) that you can see is broken in one of the pictures (another picture shows one that is not broken). The metal part is 32" by 1/2". The text I took a picture of says 3130 JP Thanks!!! ... (cont.)

My channel balance is similar to the S350 with a top piece 19-002 and bottom shoe is 15-005. Is it possible to order this custom part?

Please help me find the proper replacements. My old balance channel is 35" long (excluding plastic end pieces) and has the stamped number 3440. Investigated parts and compared to your pictures. I need to order two (2) 2410 and two (2) 2830. Will probably need more as time goes on. I need to replace the balance Chanel in a window the part number on the Chanel is 2140 with length 22" and 1/2" width

Which 1/2" window balance should I order in order to get the correct shoe? The existing shoe is 1 3/16" which would correspond to 15-003 but I don't see that shoe on any of your balances. Hello, I need to purchase a bulk quantity of 28" channel balances to repair our school windows. May I ask you to help me figure out the proper part #?

16 pound aluminum windowseries 350 looked like it would work, but the shoe on mine is only 1 inch

Length = 28 in The only stamp on the metal reads "B.S.I. 2740" Bottom plastic flange width = 7/8 in the metal channel is 9/16 in w, and 5/8 in deep

The plastic is dry rotting and crumbling. The tracks seem in good condition, but all the plastic needs to be replaced. Do you sell the individual parts and if so, can you point me in the right direction?

Hello, This channel balance is 29" long (actually 29 1/8"). Channel width is 1/2". The number 2830 is on the channel. I will need to replace this and I'm not sure which part I should order. It fell out of the sash since the pulley/spring system no longer works. Thanks William
