S380-21 21" Series 380 Channel Balance

Please identify the parts order number. Stamp reads 20 4 BN CALDWELL

metal channel: 21 inches stamp: 2040 (see Bottom Fitting) windows origin: Don't know I need 2 windows sash balances as for now.

Need to of above 21 inches long?. Markings say 2040CD and along the edge is B.S.I.

I have 2 different sizes, 21" and 33"

I am writing to figure out what channel guide do I need to buy for the following milgard windows h-c40-54x90, 5220/5270 channel guide seems 1/2" wide and only has the following markings on it 20 9 JQ CALDWELL I measured it and it seems to be about 21" long. What should i go with? ... (cont.)

Our current balance measures 21" long Has marking "2030" on side Inside of foot seems to measure 1 3/32 inches (as best we could measure!)

The string broke inside the balance :( 21 metal length, winged front and back, 1/2 wide metal, not sure if its a 380 or 385 and I think it's a 2030 option maybe? stamped (20 3 DN Caldwell) this is an original windows from my 1994 house.
