The housing is 32 inches long, the spring is 17 inches long, together they weight 13.58 Oz and on the housing it says K 31TGX

We've been contracted to repair several broken sash spring mechanisims in varying size windows. Please provide a direct email for correspondence.

This channel balance is 31 inches long.It came out of a metal window frame that is easily 20 years old. The only stamp I can find reads 3050 BSI?

Could someone help me identify which part this is? The lower window doesn't stay up, and the upper window drops as soon as I release the lock. I have block and tackle balances stamped with "BSI" and 32HT on the top sash, and 32HB on the bottom sash. i can always get more pictures but this is all i have for now. can you help me figure out if these can be replaced with one of your products?
