Looking for a balancer for an Atrium Double Hung Window, installed around 2005. The sash is 23x47 and the balancer is 20" long. I have attached 3 pictures of it - the bottom, middle and top. The balancer has 19D stamped on it. Please let me know what I should order. Thank you

Need replacement balances for 8 Weather Shield vinyl windows. Balances are stamped 28TG B.S.I. PO as shown in attached photo. They have blue shoes.

Feldco double hung vinyl window. Both balances broken on lower sash. I wasn't able to remove the bottom sash. Not sure how. There is still a plastic piece in the track that the lower window metal pivot pin is attached to. Balance number is 30D BS1 AV Thanks for your help!

This is a balance from a SEMCO wood double hung. The code on the balance is 30HB BSI Inc. The balance is actually 32 3/16" long. I would like to know if you carry this balance/ shoe combination, or if your model 751 will work as a replacement.

Looking for a replacement for this shoe off a Semco window in my home. I have a couple of spares but looking for replacements in the future. I guess Semco is out of business now.

Hello, I need two parts and I was hoping you could point me in the right direction. I believe 22F is the metal channel balance number, but it connects with a hook and not a screw. I am unable to determine the manufacture of my window, block and tackle channel is broken, not sure what to order for parts.The channel is 24" long and 1/2" wide raised center bevel. This a 36x24 double hung, single sash weighing 25lbs.Thank you Stephen

Looking for guidance on the correct balance replacement for the type I have in the pictures. I believe I need a S770 28E but my hanger type is a bit different. The picture shows a 28E and a 28F. These came from identical sashes. My sash weights 28.6lbs. Any assistance is appreciated. ... (cont.)

The first picture is the top of the balance and it hangs on the fourth picture that is a clip at the top of the frame. The metal is 27 inches long and 9/16 wide. My house was built in 1993 with Marvin double hung windows that tilt in by virtue of side panels that run top to bottom on each side and must be flattened in to tilt the window. The tilting panel is labelled 320HD. Do you sell the replacement channel balance for this
