While washing one of my Harvey replacement windows, the piece in the photos fell out and now I am unable to put the top window back up. What is the name of this piece?

I need to buy window balances that are 15 inches long and 24 inches long they are identical to the pictures period I cannot figure out which one is the order . I also know how to switch out the springs if you have the correct springs for the 15 inch and 24 inch window balance.9/16 inch width. Thank ... (cont.)

Good Day, I have several windows with bad windows balance channels. The Channel is 33" in length and has a stamp of FE32HLK 3.S.I. The Issue I have is that all of the plastic top and bottoms are broken and some missing. Are you able to assist? Many Thanks

I would like to confirm that the S770-28 with the 28E strength is the correct window balancer to order. The primary difference between the old balancer (see pictures) and your S770-28 is the old balancer attaches with an S-clip versus a screw. I would also like to know whether you recommend also r ... we have a houseful of semco windows manufactured in 2012. They say Semco 366 Argon 03-29-12 in the corners. they are all working well except one has apparently come disconnected at the top ("s hook") area and now the side track slides down and the tensioner string hangs slack in the channel.I wat ... Hi. I have 12 SEMCO double hung windows bought in 1998 that are in excellent condition with the exception that 3 upper sash balances need work. 3 of my windows are 16's with no problems. Of the other 9 windows, 9 are marked s 24TG and 3 are marked s 24HD even though they are all about the same size ... (cont.)
