Can't identify channel balance 3/8".3/8" ribbed I rechecked the channel balance measurement and it is 3/8 inch.

I have Weather Shield double hung windows that tilt in. I need to find a pair of channel balances with shoes that need to be replaced. I am sending you pictures of the sash so you could see the type of shoe that it had to fit into the rib balance, and a picture of the rib balance The only stamping was the 24 each day and the red bounce was 3/8 of an inch on the face of the channel

There's a number 14 C on it I don't know but the house like this I would need two of these for the windows whatever parts I need please let me know pay for them. You guys can send them out. Thank you.

We have 34 year old aluminum clad double hung windows that are in pretty great condition, except for the failing window balances. Each balance is stamped with "B.S.I. 28xHD", is 29" long, and 5/8" wide. I have no idea who the window manufacturer might be as I can't find any stamp on the window its ... (cont.)
