Hello, I need help with identification. It's marked as 26-4 Caldwell LL and measures 27" from metal to metal. There are wings on both top and bottom guides. I believe these could be a match for the 380 or 385 series, however when I measure the foot depth, I seem to be right in between 1" and 1-3/32" ... (cont.)

Hello, the metal channel is 27 inch in length and about 9/16 inch in width. I have accidentally broken the bottom clip (which holds the string). The description printed on the side is 2620. My Milgard window sash is difficult to lift open and slides back down when I let go of it. I suspect the channel balances need replacement, although I don't see any obvious problems with them.
