Hello, the metal channel is 27 inch in length and about 9/16 inch in width. I have accidentally broken the bottom clip (which holds the string). The description printed on the side is 2620. Hello Are you able to assist with locating the correct balance and components for the photos attached? One balance has the number 2640 and it is 27" long and 3/4 wide. Hi Looking for 2 window balancers marked 26-4 HA2 CMC 24. It measures from metal end to metal end 27 inches. The metal is 1/2 inch wide.

It has the numbers 27" 40lbs. One of the pictures it shows a shoe that needs to be on the end of the balancer.
