I am having difficulty knowing which stamp option to choose depending on my window. Does it deal with my window weight or what the channel balance can hold?

Hi, The internal rope holding the spring in my channel balance broke. It came out of my single hung (non tilting) window. channel balance stamped with : 26 KR CALDWELL. It is about 28" long - end to end. Do you need anymore information than that? Thanks! -Josiah

Unit measures 27" long.

These are Milgard windows with a stamp of Jan 1993 on the inside of each window. This channel fell out which is how I am able to measure it. Length is 27 inches, width 1/2 inch. There is no window clip but only screws so I am not sure how to take out the other channels. Any help in this area would a ... (cont.)

27" long window channel balance (28" including the plastic end caps). Markings: 26 4 CW CMC 10. Bottom end cap appears to be 1 1/8" wide. Bottom cap is 1 1/4" long.

When I tried closing the window last night, I heard a sound, like a twang. Now the window will not close all the way...shy about 6". Took the window out today and it appears one of the mechanisms in the Channel Balance is seized up, preventing the window from closing and I cannot get the channel rem ... (cont.)

In need of a few 27" window balances.

Can you identify this part? The metal portion end to end is 27" The metal portion if I am measuring between the plastic clips is 26" My guess is this is a 380 or 385, but can really tell. The plastic wing pieces are just under 1" wide. Not sure what else you would need.

I can't seem to locate the shoe I have off a Milguard window I will attached a photo with measurment. The number on the balancer is 26 2 DW CMC 10. I do need two of all these components.I hope I have given you a good description of what I need.ThanksGary

Aluminum single hung window. '2640' inscribed near the bottom.

Markings "26 5 HW CMC 7" Channel width seems to be 1/2" 1" winged plastic on one side 1 3/4" winged plastic piece on the other pics of all the things that seemed important
