Looking at the pictures, I think its either a 380 or 385 but not 100% sure.

Looking to replace 2 of these springs. No idea of manufacturer.

The window balance is 27 inches.

A few years ago I purchased 2 27" Series 380 Channel Balances , option 2650 to replace a broken balance on my Milgard window. Unfortunately, these are way too stiff. Requires a lot of strength to push the window down and there's a few inches from the bottom where it can't close all the way. Need som ... (cont.)

I need to replace my old window channel balances. The channel is 1/2inch wide by 27 inches long.

Hi,I would like both Chanel Balances for this window. It is an Alpine and the slider portion of the window is about 26 1/2" wide and 28 1/2" high. As you can see the Chanel balance has the number "26 4 Caldwell KM" on it and the metal portion is 27" long.Thanks Greg

I'm a little confused. I measured the metal only and it was 27", however the stamp on the slider says 26 4 KW CMC. I don't see any other numbers. Please let me know any information you can so I can replace both sliders on my window.

The metal part of channel balance is 27" long. Window sash weighs 24.8 lb. Please see the attached pictures. Based on this, I'm thinking the part is 27" SERIES 385 CHANNEL BALANCE Product Code: S385-27 with 2640 option. I'd appreciate your confirmation on this. Thanks.

27" balancer stamped 26 4 JO Caldwell. 5/8" wide. With ends. This is a 25 year old Milguard single hung window.
