S380-27 27" Series 380 Channel Balance

The channel is 27" Marking stamp on it is: 26 4 IV CMC 8 No other markings found I need 5 of them please Thx!!

Part I need says 2640 on it. I have several windows that need new window balance but I wanted to try one first to make sure I can fix. Can you help me identify what I need by looking at the picture?

I need two balance springs for my milgard non tilting window. Which part should I order. How long does it take to receive the parts.ThanksShan

As the title says, I want to replace my channel balance of 1/2 inch width and 27 inch length. The sash weighs 25 pounds. The balance stamp reads "26 4 eu cmc 4". Would a pair of 27 inch series 380 with 2640 stamp option balances do the trick? Thank you!

Hi, I need help identifying my Milgard window balances. As one of the pictures shows, the stamp is "26 4 LR Caldwell". I weighed my window sash and it was 18lbs. Let me know if you need any additional information. Thanks! Jim

I need help! I cannot clearly identify what replacement is best. Mine is pretty old. Part reads 26 4 L J Caldwell. Non-tilt window, 1/2" is where I get lost. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

My old part is labeled 26-3 DE5 CMC. I'm thinking I need a 27 inch series 380 balance. Should I weigh the sash or can you tell from the label what option to get. Thank you.

Marlin Windows probably installed circa 2004 stamp: 26 9 CV CMC metal measure 27" but stamp shows 26.

I have more fix but I can't upload. My window weight is about 18lb.

Looking at the pictures, I think its either a 380 or 385 but not 100% sure.

Looking to replace 2 of these springs. No idea of manufacturer.

The window balance is 27 inches.

A few years ago I purchased 2 27" Series 380 Channel Balances , option 2650 to replace a broken balance on my Milgard window. Unfortunately, these are way too stiff. Requires a lot of strength to push the window down and there's a few inches from the bottom where it can't close all the way. Need som ... (cont.)
