Looking for replacement parts 27" Window Channel Balance with wings on top and bottom

I need 2 channel balances for a single hung window, non tilt, 1/2" channel width, 27" length metal piece. The spring inside is 13". The channel balance has a marking 26 - 4. It is for a vinyl window that the builder installed in a new house in 2008 in San Diego CA.

This window was installed in approx. 1994, if that helps. Body of Channel balance is stamped "2640". Please let me know if this is enough info to identify the part I need. Thanks.

I am replacing the channel balances in several windows. I am noticing that the cable crosses over its self. Not sure they are supposed to. Is there a specific reason the lines do this. The old ones are 17 years old. Refer to the attached photo.

I want to know which model I should order from your website to replace the broken channel balancer. The existing one has this number on it 26 9 DR CALDWELL The weight of the window is 35 lbs length - 27 inches

The balances are 27" long. The sash guides also broke so i need to know which ones are compatible. Last thing is the top double paned window is frosted, do you sell those and are they easy to replace. Thanks

The window channel balance I have broke but it's a 27' inch and in trying to find the same one BUT with the attachments already on it . The balance has markings that say "26-4 DG5 CMC 54".
