Hello, I am looking for two channel balances for a window that has the following markings:"27 4 AW CMC 7". The length is 28 inches, excluding the attachment. The Channel is 1/2 inches wide, with an equivalent depth of 1/2 inches also. Only one channel is broken, but I would like to order a quanity ... (cont.)

I am not sure what I should order to replace my Window balance. Has 2740R BSI stamped on it.

Hi I need to replace a number of my channel balances. They are stamped with "27-5 LX CMC 11". I took pictures of the channel balance with the measuring tape so you can see the length. Please help me confirm that 28" Series 380 Channel Balance will work for me. Thank you, Jon

I have two window balancers from the same series. One is a 2740 and the other is a 1840. I can't seem to match the top shoe. There are no other markings other than the 2740 and 1840. Please help me identify. Thanks.

Balance is 28 inches long and stamped with 2740L.
