S380-28 28" Series 380 Channel Balance

Good afternoon, I am looking to replace two window balances (pics enclosed). The metal length is 28" and the channel width is 5/8". I don't see a part number stamped on the unit. Do you have the appropriate part in stock? Thank you, Marty

Hi, I need two new window balances. The metal channel on both is 28" long. They have 27D and what looks like 3.S.I. stamped on the metal. I've taken pictures to hopefully help identify them.

I know it's a 385 balance labeled: 27-5 FJ5 CMC 34 I didn't measure it so hopping the label will help. Thanks Mark

Hi, Im trying to figure out which balance I need. The house was built in 2002 and the metal portion of the balance is 28". It is stamped 27 5 CT Caldwell. As you can see from photos the top and bottom tips are winged. Thanks, Tom

Hi, My name is Jerry & I need two replacement Caldwell springs. The only markings say 27 4 GR Caldwell. The metal channel is 28 in. long. By looking at a video I believe that the top end of the balance spring is part number 15P142. I believe the bottom end is 15P102 because it is 1 1/16 in. wid ... (cont.)

block & tackle channel balance marked "27 4 NM" and "BSI" or "BSL" across the top. this balance is near impossible to move along the slide. I need to replace it. would I have a choice of channel balances that would allow less force to be used opening (pulling up) the lower sash?
