i need a replacement pair for my spring-loaded B&T window balances. The markings on it read: 27 4 IX CMC 11The metal length is 28" the plastic length is 30"5/8" wide and just under that deep

I need a set of milgard channel balances. The metal channel measures 28" long and the width and depth is 1/2". I also need the related clips. Thank you

Balances are 1/2" wide and 28" long. Have markings stamped on the side: 27 2 and then what appaers to be an 11 or perhaps it might actually be an inches symbol (") as it is smaller than the other numbers. Are you able to help me identify them?

I need to replace several window balances. These are the only pictures I have, and this is from only 1 window. My windows brand is Hallmark (2004 home). I need 4 for 2 windows, metal length 28". Stamp number on bracket is 27 4. I need 2 for 1 other window, metal length 22". Stamp number on bra ... (cont.)

Pics show emboss on latch as mfg. (EPI?)Apparently out of business in 2010. My house built in '93. Width is 1/2", length is 26 1/16" metal and 27 1/16" plastic end to plastic end. Aluminum is stamped w/ #2540. Hopefully one of your replacement parts will work for me ?

I am looking to replace my window balance pictured above.

I'm looking to determine the correct weight rating for my window channel balance, and would like assistance assessing whether it needs to be replaced based on the bent wheel that guides the nylon rope. The metal rod is 28" in length with a 1-3/32" bottom fitting. There is also a metal stamping that ... (cont.)

There are no markings on my counterbalances besides the text shown in one of the images. It looks like they might be S380 or S385 but the way the pulley attaches through the hook looks slightly different.

Hello can you help me identify this part? It looks to be about 28.25 long with the number 27 on it thanks!

I was hoping you could identify what replacement balance and sash guides I need. The channel balances are 28" long and have "27 3" stamped on them. This was the best I could get as far as the guide. The other side didn't even have one. It seems to be 18-009? Thanks!

I don't know by the product pictures if I need to purchase the guides seperately and if so guides are 15/16 and where would i find those.

I am fairly confident the repalcement channel balance I need is the S350-28 2740 but I also need two additional parts. A piece that goes in the window casing to stop the channel balance and a cap for the top of the window frame. See pictures. Do you sell these parts?

I am not sure if I should be ordering the 380 or 385 series. The length is 28" and width is 1/2". The stamp is 27 C.
