Looking for replacement window balances, channel with spring marked 28D USB, clip at end has wings, 29" long

The number on the balancer is 28-30 What part number do I order?

28D code on window balance. Trying to determine if 380 part or 385 part

I ordered the S385-29 and its perfect except for the shoe end. I believe the correct one may be the S380-29 I have included pictures of each end and hop you can confirm witch part I need. Thank you David C.

Hello, I have milestone single hung series 1000 windows. From what I can tell I need the 380 29" long balance. I'm not sure which option to choose for weight. There's an ink stamp on my balance that reads Unique 28-0-40. Your help is appreciated. Best regards, Tom

rod length is 29" Stamped on rod 28B USB I am sure I have the correct rod length but I am unable to determine the correct ends for the rod. Looking at the pictures online they all look very close. marking looks like (05-13-03) unique balance 286(?) not sure of the last last digit...also the first numbers look like date code...metal to metal 29 in...i couldn't find it in you catalogue

It is 29inches long

I believe I have identified most of what I need but just want to confirm. I have a window with a sticker on it that reads H-L C25/35-52x96. Hello. I'm looking to order some replacement channel balances and the original is stamped 28D. Following your selection guide, it matches the S380 description but I'm not sure of the Sash Weight Range since the 28D stamp isn't listed. Thank you for your assistance.

Hope you can help. The first picture is the white snap in window glazing and is 49 5/8 in long. Can you supply me the part number so that I can order.
