I just finished talking with a customer service rep. I am interested in placing an order for a replacement balance bar. The length of the metal from one end to the other end is 29 in long. I have only one stamp on the bar which says 28 C. I believe that is the expansion for the spring. Attached ... (cont.)

I have a Milestone 1000 SH window that is 53X63. The window is very difficult to close completely. It gets very tight and requires a bit of force to shut fully. I'm leaning towards S380 29". The depth on the shoe is just shy of an inch. I wasn't sure on the stamp.28 3 GO. Should I just weigh the sash and go from there? I appreciate your input.

I could not identify the correct channel balance from your list. The markings on the balance says 28F the sash weighs 35.5 lbs. It is a non tilt window with a 1/2" wide channel balance 29" long.

I ordered the S385-29 and its perfect except for the shoe end. I believe the correct one may be the S380-29 I have included pictures of each end and hop you can confirm witch part I need. Thank you David C.

Hello, I have milestone single hung series 1000 windows. From what I can tell I need the 380 29" long balance. I'm not sure which option to choose for weight. There's an ink stamp on my balance that reads Unique 28-0-40. Your help is appreciated. Best regards, Tom

rod length is 29" Stamped on rod 28B USB I am sure I have the correct rod length but I am unable to determine the correct ends for the rod. Looking at the pictures online they all look very close. marking looks like (05-13-03) unique balance 286(?) not sure of the last last digit...also the first numbers look like date code...metal to metal 29 in...i couldn't find it in you catalogue

I believe I have identified most of what I need but just want to confirm. I have a window with a sticker on it that reads H-L C25/35-52x96.
