Help me find a replacement channel window balance part number on 28B USB.

Hi,I have 14 windows of various sizes and weights that need to have channel balances replaced. I am struggling to identify the top and bottom shoes.The attached photos show the dimensions I measured for each, let me know if you need more information.Thanks,George

The only thing I can find is a stamp on the back. I think it's 28B,or 288

Our channel balance is stamped 28C and from looking at your site S380-29 would be replacement. This I get. What I don't know is the weight of the sash to know which stamp option to pick. Hello. This is from a no-tilt window, circa 1998. the only identifying tag I can find on the window says "Milestone" series. The piece measures 29" (the metal part only). Can you help locate the appropriate replacement? Thanks.

I have rollyson top window sash guide 60-675BL. I understand the Black is no longer available and only the 60-675 in white is available. I wondered if it's possible to tell what window model I have as well as the balance model based on the sash guide number.

They look very similar in rivet pattern to the 371, but the top shoe is taller and the bottom shoe juts out below the bottom. The shoes match the 380. 28d is stamped, metal only is actually 29 and is the 1/2 inch. Need the whole assembly, top is made like the 19-002 (no clips protruding don't look broken). I just finished talking with a customer service rep. I am interested in placing an order for a replacement balance bar. The length of the metal from one end to the other end is 29 in long. I could not identify the correct channel balance from your list. The markings on the balance says 28F the sash weighs 35.5 lbs. It is a non tilt window with a 1/2" wide channel balance 29" long.
