Hi- thanks for posting! We'll need to see some photos of the balance actually removed from the window to be able to determine the best replacement option for you. Unfortunately, the stickers won't give us the information that we'd get from actually seeing the balance.

Please help on identIfy replacement part as per attached pictures.

Balance is 29" long metal only. Channel width is .5 inch inside and .59 inch outside. channel depth is .5 inch inside and .53 inch outside. Sent a picture of top and bottom guides with measurements. Balance has '28 F' stamped on the body. (Window weighs 36 pounds. It has an ink stamp which is hard ... (cont.)

The channel balance is jammed in a Milestone 1000 window. It won't catch on the take out clip. Any suggestions on how to remove it?

Only identifying marking is 28C. The length is 29 inches

Good afternoon, I pulled my window apart the other day to see why it's so tough to close. So to my surprise, this piece was broke (the string around the pulleys was broke). On the frame of the balance there is a 28B stamped in it.

I have narrowed down that I need S380-29 for my windows, but have different sizes with stamps 28D and 28F. Can you tell me which stamp options for S380-29 correspond to these?
