S380-29 29" Series 380 Channel Balance

I replaced a pair of channel balancers yesterday marked "28D USB". The windows I believe are identical so another question would why are they or how are they different, if at all. And of course, what part number do I need, thanks!

2 windows with "28F USB" block and tackle. Window weighs 40 lbs. A third narrower window weighs 27 lbs. Need 4 replacements for 40 lb windows, 2 replacements for 27 lb window.

Hi, I think I have the correct part number but I wanted to get input and just make sure. Attached are pictures of my balance. It's 1/2" wide and 29" long. The window weighs about 23lbs. These came out of windows in a 12 year old home in Florida Here are some other Specs. I purchased the S385-29 but they do not fit. The shoe is too large. What do I need to get? Photos show the balance I received compared to my originals.

Please help identify channel balance top and shoe from a 9/16" wide by 29" long channel balance. These are 29". Not sure what the markings indicate. Looking for 20 units for replacement.

In looking at the examples of your channel balances, the 29" series 380 channel looks accurate when compared to mine. This includes the shoe, the top and the clip. However my stamp only reads 28.5 ks caldwell, so I really have no idea what this means in regard to what weight range to choose. Can ... (cont.)

Hello, Please find attached pictures of the original channel balancer from my window. The sash weight is 13.6 pounds. The sash measurement is 35 wide x 31 height. These are photos of my window channel balance. I will be needing 4. The metal part is 24" long and 1/2 inch wide. From your catalog it looks like your #S377. Windows are Milestone single hung series 1000. Window just falls shut, I am assuming because the channel balances are broken/old. Please advise. The code on the balance is too light to get picture of. The stamp reads as follows: 28 3 IL Caldwell. Each balance is 2'5" without the attachments.
