Hello, I have a Milestone Series 1000 fixed window. It would appear based on everything else that I would need 29" SERIES 380 CHANNEL BALANCE (2840). The issue I have is that the channel balance shoe measures 7/8 of an inch rather than 1 inch. Do you think it would work? Thanks, Bill ... (cont.)

I have 6 windows that have the balances broke and won't hold up the window. they are 29 inches long and have then number unique 28-B-20 17/04/97 and I am not sure if it is 380 or 385 I want to order 12 but don't want to get it wrong. Thank you very much Priscilla P

My rails are stamped with 28D. These are heavy Dual Pane windows. Your product that appears to match is Product Code: S380-29 But you don't list Letters for the weight code. Which of these is the 28D replacement?

I have a 29 inch window balancer marked 28D on the bottom. I saw a post about it could be a 380 or 385 type balancer. How do you tell the difference between the two different types of shoes that are provided on the 380 and 385 types?
