S380-29 29" Series 380 Channel Balance

The channel balance I need to replace is stamped 28C. Which stamp option would that correspond too? Thank you, Jason

I am in need of 6 channel balances and might as well order 2 extra since at least one on each window has gone out. The metal shaft is 29" and there is a 28c stamped into it.

I've replace some balances in my house with a previous order. The S380-29 2840 were the parts I needed to replace the 28D balances. Now I need to replace 28G, but I do not see an S380-29 2870. The window weighs 39 pounds. Do you offer this balance with a 2870 option?

Hello, One of my single hung sliding window channel balancers broke at the spring holding pin and nylon chord. The window weighs 24 lb and the balancer is approximately 28" long. The balance is 1/2" wide measures 29" and it is stamped in the metal 2830 the balance top and shoe are both wing type, the hook is the heavy duty type. I need 4 total for now. I have a window need new channel balance. It labeled as 28C. I am guessing the proper channel is S380-29, and that based on weight I should get a set of Option 2830. Need new balances for my Milestone Window Series 1000

The window is a non-tilt. I believe it was made by Florida Extruders. The balance is 29 inches. There appears to be "28C USB" stamped on them. Attached are pictures. I broke the take out clip and need one of those also.

Trying to replace: 28 4 DN CALDWELL. This is a 1/2" (9/16 x 9/16) channel, 29" long. My best guess is your Series 380 with a 19-005 top and 15-005 foot. But I'm not sure what weight stamp option to choose. Can you help? Thanks, Bob
