I am in need of 6 channel balances and might as well order 2 extra since at least one on each window has gone out. The metal shaft is 29" and there is a 28c stamped into it.

Hello, One of my single hung sliding window channel balancers broke at the spring holding pin and nylon chord. The window weighs 24 lb and the balancer is approximately 28" long. I have found a 29" series 380 channel balance on your site that appears to be a close match for an existing channel balance that I have. The existing balance is stamped: "28B USB". The balance is 1/2" wide measures 29" and it is stamped in the metal 2830 the balance top and shoe are both wing type, the hook is the heavy duty type. I need 4 total for now.
