S380-29 29" Series 380 Channel Balance

Hi, I am looking for replacement sash balances and I identified the 29" 380 series as the one I need. However I don't know how to pick the stamp option. I don't see any match with what I see on my current balance (see attached). Can you help me pick the right one? Thanks, Vineet

Need help identifying replacement channel balances. See pictures. Current one is marked UB 28D. Metal part of balance is 29" long (not including plastic ends). Non-tilt window. 1/2" width. Window is large at 50" wide by 31" high.

Attached are 3 pictures of the balance. I do not see any markings other than what is on the first picture. Can you recommend a replacement? How long before I can get it?

I ordered replacement channel balances S350 (S350-17 and S350-19) for my mother but they aren't correct shoe types (too wide). I ordered S770-28 but it is not the same as my old balance. I have attached the pictures from my old channel balancer( The old channel balancer has a 28F stamped on it, but the overall measurement from metal tip to metal tip is 29 inches and 30 inches with the hardware. Your site shows Stamp Options 2810, 2820, 2830, 2840, 2850, 2860. The balance from my window has 28C stamped on it. Does that correspond to 2830 or what? Jim

The order form requires a "stamp option". I do not know which one I need. One of my current window balances has a stencil of UB 28C on it. I am gong to order two of these channel balances. Unique I recently installed a pair of S380 channel balances from Swisco.com. The installation went well, and the balances are ALMOST working properly. The sash is a 28C total length 29 inches.there are two in the window one on each side. I am having a hard time identifying the top & bottom Part to go on the sash balance. The sash balance is 1/2 inch wide.

As requested, I am sending you photos of the channel balance that I need to replace. The markings on the channel balance can be seen in one of the photos- they are UB 28D. Please advise as to what item I should order from your catalogue.

This particular window sash came from a larger window. I actually tossed out the window sash that I need the window measures 45.5 in. x 31 in. i am not sure what size and weight I need.
