S380-29 29" Series 380 Channel Balance

I have a window need new channel balance. It labeled as 28C. I am guessing the proper channel is S380-29, and that based on weight I should get a set of Option 2830. However, the S385-29 seems also fit, I am not sure whether I should go with S380 or S385, what is the difference between two?Please ... (cont.)

Need new balances for my Milestone Window Series 1000

The window is a non-tilt. I believe it was made by Florida Extruders. The balance is 29 inches. There appears to be "28C USB" stamped on them. Attached are pictures. I broke the take out clip and need one of those also.

I need to replace these non tilt Jordan window balances. The aluminum single hung windows are 72" tall.

Trying to replace: 28 4 DN CALDWELL. This is a 1/2" (9/16 x 9/16) channel, 29" long. My best guess is your Series 380 with a 19-005 top and 15-005 foot. But I'm not sure what weight stamp option to choose. Can you help? Thanks, Bob

Hi, I am looking for replacement sash balances and I identified the 29" 380 series as the one I need. However I don't know how to pick the stamp option. I don't see any match with what I see on my current balance (see attached). Can you help me pick the right one? Thanks, Vineet

Need help identifying replacement channel balances. See pictures. Current one is marked UB 28D. Metal part of balance is 29" long (not including plastic ends). Non-tilt window. 1/2" width. Window is large at 50" wide by 31" high.

Attached are 3 pictures of the balance. I do not see any markings other than what is on the first picture. Can you recommend a replacement? How long before I can get it?

not sure on which option to choose for the balance. so far everything looks like it is the 29" series 380 balance (9S380-29). i took the balances out and one had a broken spring (the cause of the problem)the only thing stamped on it is on the top part that says "8A" and printed on the side is eithe ... I ordered replacement channel balances S350 (S350-17 and S350-19) for my mother but they aren't correct shoe types (too wide). I ordered S770-28 but it is not the same as my old balance. I have attached the pictures from my old channel balancer( The old channel balancer has a 28F stamped on it, but the overall measurement from metal tip to metal tip is 29 inches and 30 inches with the hardware. Your site shows Stamp Options 2810, 2820, 2830, 2840, 2850, 2860. The balance from my window has 28C stamped on it. Does that correspond to 2830 or what? Jim

The order form requires a "stamp option". I do not know which one I need. One of my current window balances has a stencil of UB 28C on it. I am gong to order two of these channel balances. 19" UB 28C balance and end parts

I need approximately 4 channel balances (28B) for Milestone Single Hung Series 1000. 6 balance stoppers, or whatever they're called. Unique I recently installed a pair of S380 channel balances from Swisco.com. The installation went well, and the balances are ALMOST working properly. The sash is a 28C total length 29 inches.there are two in the window one on each side. I am having a hard time identifying the top & bottom Part to go on the sash balance. The sash balance is 1/2 inch wide.
