Hi, The Channel Balance popped out of one side of my Milgard window. I'm pretty sure I need an S380-30 30" Series Channel Balance but am having difficulty with the Stamp option. I was told the window is a Kinco from the builder. House was build in 03 or 04. The window is 30" tall. It is also 35" wide and 23.5 lbs with a metal frame. Number on the part is 29 4 LV CMC 2. My channel balance has the numbers 38 and 2990 stamped on it which I don't see on your list. It is 1/2" x 30". The window measures 50" wide and 30 1/2" tall. What balances should I order?

It looks like, according to your web site I have a 30" series 380 ballast with a 19-005 top and a 15-005 shoe. The stamp on the ballast is "2990-38". Not sure of the weight of the window. My balancers are stamped ' 29 5'. I assume this is option 2950. Is it okay to upsize to 2960? This window is always 'heavy' to open with the current balancer size. They don't seem to help lift... Thanks
