I'm looking for replacement channel balances for my windows. the metal part of the balance is 30". The window is 60X48, double pane, non-tilt. I have attached some pictures

My balancers are stamped ' 29 5'. I assume this is option 2950. Is it okay to upsize to 2960? This window is always 'heavy' to open with the current balancer size. They don't seem to help lift... Thanks

I have a sash guide that does not match exactly your pictures. The metal U shaped channel is 30 inches long and 9/16 inch wide, 5/8 inch deep. The window is 6 yrs. old.
