Hi, I just want to confirm before I order that I have the right balance rod. Attached pics of the top, bottom, and complete balance rod is attached. Yes. This balance comes fully assembled with the block and tackle pulley system installed as well as a 15-005 shoe and a 19-005 top attached.

The series 390 has 15-001 shoe and 19-002 top attached and the series 380 has 15-005 shoe and 19-005 shoe.
