This looks like either our S380-31 or S385-31. The difference between these two channel balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement. I have a Caldwell channel balance marked 30 3 BN Caldwell. I don?t seem to be able to find a match on your site. Mind has 19-005 top. And 15-029 bottom. 31 in length. Wings are 15/16 in wide. Bottom shoe is 7/8 in depth Please advise. I would need 6.

Most of the parts for this model match my original with exception to the toe. The picture shows the difference between the 2 pieces. S385-31 doesn't seem to be an option. How do I get the same toe on the NEW part as my original?

need to ID window sash clips and snap in glazing. Using S380-37 balances.Are shorter balances (31")with marking of 30 3 BO Caldwell same as S380-31?

It sure appears we need an S380-31 Series 380 For the weight ? the stamp on the side of our existing Caldwell block and tackle balance is "30 3 GK Caldwell." Does this mean we need a 3030?

I'm not sure which stamp option I should choose. I'm pretty sure I need the 27" S380. The only stamp I could see was 3030. The windows are double pane and weigh 18lbs ea. I have four of them and all are difficult to open and harder to close.Thanks.Terry

Have 9 windows with these balances. Several of them have broken shoes (photos attached) that I would like to replace. If possible only replacement balance shoes are needed. Believe the windows are what is now PlyGem but were build in 1994 per engravings inside window panes.
