S380-31 31" Series 380 Channel Balance

I think there is a faint 60 as the first marking on the channel. There are no other markings or engravings on the channels. I need this info asap, I will try and call. Thank you.

Hello, I have a 31" channel balance with 30 3 stamp from Caldwell that I am trying to relplace. The bottom shoe measured 7/8" but I could not find any bottom shoe option with 7/8" deep and the closest one I could find was S380-31 with a winged 15-005 (1" deep), which I just placed an order for: Orde ... Attached photos show top and side views, both ends, of the balances for one of my windows. The metal part of the balance (i.e. not including plastic ends) is 31 inches long. Markings include "30 0 B.S.I. oc" Photo included. Metal part measures 31' in length.

The flexible cord and clip that holds the cord to the side of the window have broken and have been discarded. So I believe the simplest solution is a replacement balance for that side of my window. Could you let me know which part number I'll need to purchase? Thanks.

I am searching for replacement window balancers. I am having a hard time determining the correct ends. The metal is 31" long x 1/2" . Stamped on it 30 3 D H. The wings measure 15/16 apart 1"deep. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

I need to replace four (4) 31in. channel balances (9/16in) for my non-tilt sash windows. The stamped code reads as 30DS 35. I am assuming the 35 represents the sash weight which seems about right. My windows are a double hung windows from 1996. The balances are now starting to shoot out and need to be replaced. It looks like I need the S380-31, but I would love an experts opinion.
