Milgard metal Windows from 2002. Do you need the weight? The bottom shoe from 'fang tips' to peak of bump is about an inch. Is this the right way to measure what is described as 'deep' on the product pages? Thanks for the help.

The window slides up and down. I believe it's called a channel block and tackle. The length is 33 inches and the width is just over 1/2 inch. The only markings I could find are the following 32 4 EW CMC 4 Thank you for your help.

Not sure what your replacement parts would be. I need two of these (for now). The length of the item is (end-2-end on metal frame) 33". It has a marking of "32 4 CADWELL FM" on the one side. Hello, I'm pretty sure I need a Series 380 channel balance replacement (1 inch plastic footer). However: 1. The part is stamped "32" (pls see attached pic) which I assume means 32 inches, but when I measure the channel (metal part only, not including plastic ends pieces) it is 33 inches. Do I go b ... Hi, We have what we believe to be Milgard windows. Based on other posts I think maybe we need a series S386-33. The channel is 33" long. The depth of the bottom is 1-3/32". Channel width is a shy 5/8". Width of the base is 15/16" or a tad less perhaps due to wear. Top width is of course the same. Ma ... (cont.)

Greetings oh wise ones. From one of the photos you might see "caldwell 32 4 AT". I verified the 32" length.
