Hello, My balances don't have stamps but printed on the is 32 9 DW CMC 4 could you tell me the correct weight option to use? Thankyou Chris

I have Milgard series 3210 ultra single hung windows for which I need new balancers. According to the specs, it operates on concealed block & tackle balancers. I need to replace some balances on my vinyl windows that are 16 years old.I've tried to match up the shoes and also the id numbers but there are no identical matches.I do know that the channels are 33 inches and the only stamped numbers on my balance are 32 and then a 3 after that ,it also says dp ... I would like to order new window balance. The old window balance is 32 5/8" long. I need an S380 type. The channel width is 1/2". The square hole in the jamb that the terminal clip goes in is 36" from the bottom of the window and 34" from the top of the window. Can someone assist me with placin ... (cont.)

The 3230 option. The 3230 stamp will carry a window sash weight range of 18 through 23 pounds. This information is based on 2 balances per sash.
