Hello, so I have a Caldwell 32 4 LN channel balance with a 33" length and sash weight of 28lbs. In measuring the Channel top and shoe, the dimensions seem matched with the S380-33 (although the shoe measurement is slightly larger than 1" but definitely not 1 3/32" to move to a S385-33). I have some windows that weigh only 15.5-16 lbs but have a 32.30 balancer, and other windows that weigh 18-23 lbs that have the same 32.30 balancers. Should my lighter windows actually use the 32.20 balancer? They are all from your 380 Series. Thank you.
