S380-33 33" Series 380 Channel Balance

Both balances on my window are shot. They each have this text stamped on them: 32 5 GU CMC 2 Can you tell what the right replacement part is for them?

I am try to figure out which part to order to replace my balancerIt is stamped 32 4 H S Caldwell

33 inch metal. markins printed are 32 3 JO caldwell. I believe the part number to be S380-33 but can you tell the weight by these numbers and provide to me? Thank you, Brian

Hi, I need to replace window balance for a vinyl window that has hung. It's a block and tackle style 33" long. It has a Caldwell 24 4 LP stamp on it. Hi: We can't tell if we need an S 380 or an S 385 channel balance. It is hard to measure the shoe, so we attached some pictures. Markings on the part are 32-3 BA CMC 7. Photos attached. Thank you.

Need two window balances

This is a Series 380 or Series 385 balance. If the depth is really 1", choose S380-33. If it's more than 1", choose S385-33. Measure incredibly closely to be sure that it's 1", because it looks iffy. Balance number (1) would use the "3250" weight option and balance number (2) would use "3240." These ... (cont.)
